On February 28, at 19.00, the LAGANACI Italian cuisine restaurant, located in the premium boutique hotel Cosmos Selection Italyanskaya, will host a long-awaited gastronomic evening that promises to be a real celebration for connoisseurs of fine cuisine and a landmark event for the St. Petersburg gastronomic industry.
The event is organized in collaboration with the famous Novikov Group restaurant holding and the popular Syrovarnya restaurant, which makes it especially attractive not only for gourmets, but also for lovers of a unique culinary experience.
The evening promises to be rich and varied thanks to a carefully thought-out menu, which harmoniously intertwines Italian traditions and modern trends.
Guests will be offered a range of delicious dishes from seven courses.
The mastermind and chef of the event is Alexey Kostichkin, a chef with more than 20 years of experience in prestigious hotels in St. Petersburg and abroad; winner of prestigious culinary competitions, including first place at the Russian stage of the Bocuse d'Or 2008 competition. He is a member of the Guild of Gastronomers Chaine des Rotisseur, the winner of the competition of young chefs of the Russian branch of the guild, and also represented Russia at the international finals of the competition in Cape Town. Completed an internship in Carcassonne, France. His professionalism and experience are confirmed by recommendations from leading experts in the hotel industry. Now he leads the LAGANACI restaurant team, is responsible for menu development, quality control and organization of the entire kitchen.
Alexander Karyukin will delight Novikov Group with his skills and create an atmosphere. Alexander has worked in Sochi for a long time and gained extensive experience in restaurant projects with an Italian accent. His track record includes work in the Sochi Marriott Krasnaya Polyana hotel chain, the fine Italian restaurants L'olivo, Roma and Brunello, as well as a leadership position in the Abrau-Durso champagne bar. Alexander also actively participated in gastronomic projects at such large-scale events as the FIFA World Cup and Formula 1, and became the winner of the WorldSkills international public project.
Alexander Karyukin is known for his ability to effectively balance tastes, creating an unforgettable culinary experience for guests. Fans of the Cheese Factory will be able to see the chef both in the kitchen, when he masterfully prepares homemade pasta, and in the restaurant hall, where he happily communicates with the guests.
