New 4* hotel with a view of Nagayev Bay opens in Magadan
A modern 121-room hotel complex with a restaurant and a conference hall will be built in the city. The hotel will be located at the intersection of Primorskaya and Portovaya Streets, in a picturesque location overlooking Nagaeva Bay.
At what stage is the project:
- All permits have been received
- Preparatory work is underway
The project is supported at the federal level
It is planned that the hotel will receive more than 40,000 guests annually.
The project is being implemented by Cosmos Hotel Group with the support of Tourism.The Russian Federation and the Magadan Region Development Corporation within the framework of the national project "Tourism and Hospitality".
