In 2024, our company was included in the Rating of employers in Russia. hh.ru and it took the 197th place out of 395 participants (among large companies).

This rating is one of the most significant indicators of an HR brand, which shows which companies create conditions for their employees.

1,729 organizations participated in the rating, and the assessment was based on four key criteria.:

• Internal HR processes
• Job seekers' reviews
• Assessment of current and former employees
• Popular vote (686,000 votes cast this year!)
